Fremantle Women's Health Centre (FWHC) is a not-for-profit community health centre for women living and working in the south-west metropolitan region. We provide health promotion, prevention and treatment services in the area of women's health, prioritising the needs of women most at risk of poor health outcomes. Services include medical, nursing, counselling, group activities, health education and promotion events, with an occasional creche for some activities and appointments. Services are provided by female-identifying health professionals and support staff.
FWHC is seeking an ethical and collaborative leader with a genuine passion and commitment to improve the health outcomes of vulnerable women. Working to empower a committed and skilled team, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the further development and sustainability of this innovative service.

We are facing an increase in demand for support from women with complex health needs, and are seeking someone with the work ethic, skills and commitment to expand the Centre’s operational reach and impact.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operations for FWHC including service delivery, financial management, quality, and human resources. Leading a multidisciplinary team of employees and volunteers, the Chief Executive Officer ensures we provide the highest quality of services and advocacy in order to achieve better outcomes for women’s health in the community.
