About you

You are a values-driven People and Culture professional who is looking to work with an organisation with purpose. Whilst having technically sound skills and expertise, you demonstrate a growth mindset and a flexible and adaptable approach to your work. You are people and client focussed, and a natural business enabler that strives to create positive outcomes for the organisation.

You are a qualified, experienced People and Culture professional, with at least three years’ experience in a similar People Partner or Advisor role.

The Opportunity

This is a truly flexible role, either full-time or part-time, where your health and wellbeing are our priority. Enjoy a supportive, flexible environment where hybrid working is the norm and is embedded within our culture. You will be based at either our Sandringham or Frankston office for onsite days, and you will also have the option to work from home, up to two days per week.

The People and Culture Partner is a true business partnering role that works closely with our leaders, providing generalist support and advice on all matters relating to our people across the employee lifecycle, including Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Organisational Change.

Working closely with the Executive Manager, People and Culture, this role will design, develop and implement initiatives that support the Family Life Strategic Plan. This role also has a leading responsibility at Family Life for our Health, Wellbeing and Safety frameworks within the organisation.
