You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively listen, negotiate and show diplomacy. You will also have the ability and willingness to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Finally, you will be innovative, analytical and able to interpret data to find solutions and drive strategy.
The Supporter Relationship Specialist is accountable for the development and management of a mid-value donor program (donors giving $1,000-$10,000 annually), with a particular focus on core, this included a large group who are very direct mail responsive mid-value donors who give approx. $2M annually. The role includes strategic planning and operational delivery of the program to grow revenue and align it with The Foundation’s strategic framework.
