About the role

We are currently seeking an Office 365 Automation and Integration Specialist to provide their expertise in the end to end development, administration, and support of enterprise applications. The Foundation has been using Office 365 and its core applications for some time; however, we are now seeking someone to join the team to help us transition and leverage the full suite of applications within a complex global operating environment.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with the technology team to design and implement technical solutions on Azure & O365 that address our requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Recommending value creation initiatives and implementing industry best practices
• Conducting reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME
• Managing Azure, O365 and/or Exchange Online
• Creating automations using Microsoft Power platform, O365, SharePoint, SQL and Dell Boomi Atomsphere
• Providing technical advice and guidance to teams and communicating with multiple teams across various projects

About you. The must-have!

• Strong experience as a SharePoint Administrator and/or O365 Administrator.
• Strong Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata.
• Strong experience with application development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate) & technology stack.
• Previous experience in an in - house IT support role, ideally providing Level 2 & 3 support across various systems on different platforms.
• The ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders & teams concurrently across numerous projects and have the flexibility to move between projects based on changing demands and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills

Some additional things to grab our interest and get us excited!

• A background in the implementation and deployment of Azure services
• Experience moving information between systems, any experience with Azure data factory, Azure Logic Apps, Dell Boomi Atomsphere is highly regarded
• A passion for developing Microsoft solutions, particularly those based on O365, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform
• Any prior experience in component design, application development, complex code development, and application testing using C#, ASP.Net, Javascript will help in this role
• Any prior experience in the development of custom solutions utilising PowerShell, SQL, SSRS, .Net and others
