Epilepsy Action Australia is the leading provider of epilepsy education and support services across Australia.
Our team is growing and we are currently looking to recruit a permanent part time/full-time Individual Giving Manager (4-5 days per week). This role is Sydney based but is open to applicants anywhere in Australia for the right person. This position is responsible for growing EAA’s base of individual supporters and increasing donations to achieve fundraising targets
What will you be doing?
- Manage the regular and single giving programs including acquisition, upgrades and reactivation campaigns
- Manage direct marketing appeals
- Manage budgets and forecasts and make data-driven decisions
What can you bring to the role?
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing &/or ADMA certification &/or minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising
- Strong understanding of fundraising and direct marketing principles and experience in implementing campaigns both online and offline
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, combined with a strong analytical ability for reporting purposes
- Ability to bring innovation and best fundraising practices into operation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Knowledge of print, mail house and database operation
- Experience in Raisers Edge highly desirable
