Epilepsy Action Australia is the leading provider of epilepsy education and support services across Australia.

Our team is growing and we are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Officer to support our Operations team (with a Fundraising focus) at our national office. This role is open to full or part-time as well as some flexible working arrangements.

We are a dedicated, fun team who are passionate about assisting patients and families affected by epilepsy.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide high quality customer service to our stakeholders and members of the public
  • Undertake data processing and administration to support fundraising operations
  • Provide general administration service to support the organisation

What can you bring to the role?

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience in a similar role and eagerness to apply relevant skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word and Excel
  • Competence with utilising CRMs
  • Demonstrated ability to follow process and pay attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
  • A can do attitude!
