The Epilepsy Foundation works to stop avoidable epilepsy deaths, ensure children with epilepsy receive a good education, help people with epilepsy remain in employment; and ensure people with epilepsy feel safe, connected and understood. About You

Be prepared to hit the ground running. Drawing on your outgoing personality and experience in a retail environment, you will be results driven, have the ability to problem solve, adjust to different store conditions and engage with the diverse personalities of our large volunteer group. You also possess the qualities of compassion and understanding; and have a talent for creating a positive work place.

As a member of the Retail Operations Team, the Assistant Manager supports the Cluster Manager. Tasks include:

• monitoring budgets
• managing volunteers
• responding to enquiries from the general public
