About you

  • Ability to work independently, remotely and/or in a team environment

  • High-level written and verbal communication skills 

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email for all ICT related queries
  • Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review
  • Engaging with users directly to understand their issues, troubleshoot, and find ways to improve their experience and performance within the system
  • Working hand in hand with the business to understand use cases, define needs and success criteria, and aid in user adoption, employee experience, and ultimately the customer experience.
  • Running training sessions and workshops on system and processes
  • Assisting with obtaining reportable data through power BI and other project related work
