We have an opportunity for a passionate NDIS Plan Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team on a 6 month fixed term contract engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating our customer’s NDIS plans during the transition to the NDIS.

Based in Keon Park (Thomastown) and working across our Business Services department the responsibilities include the following and more:

• Pre-planning – working with your customers to support them and prepare them for their NDIA meeting
• Attending our family forums to provide customers with information relevant to the NDIS
• Support customers to navigate NDIS to ensure their NDIA plan reflects the support they require.

This role may require some travel including overnight stays.
