As a Disability Support Worker at Endeavour Foundation you will join a team of passionate, caring, and imaginative people who thrive on helping others in their local community.

What you need to succeed...

• Be passionate about making a difference!
• Excellent at all things customer service
• Be willing to work shift work including weekends and split shifts
• Be willing to work across a range of different services
• Live in or around Bundaberg
• Experience supporting customers with complex behaviours (desirable)
• Knowledge of restrictive practice legislation (desirable)
• Enthusiastic about providing person-centred and active support
• Have your own reliable vehicle and license
