As a Disability Support Worker at Endeavour Foundation you will join a team of passionate, caring, and imaginative people who thrive on helping others in their local community.

About the role:

• Permanent part time
• Minimum 47 hrs per fortnight
• Extra shifts highly likely
• 24/7 in home support
• Shift work including weekends and sleepovers

About you:

• Passionate about making a difference!
• Excellent at all things customer service
• Based around Deception Bay
• Experienced with complex behaviours (essential)
• Passionate about providing person-centred and active support
• Have your own reliable vehicle & license
