About the Opportunity

The Parenting Research Centre (PRC) is now looking for a Implementation Specialist to join their Sydney based team. This role is being offered on either a full-time (5 days per week) or 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) basis.  

Reporting to the Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting agencies to successfully implement evidence-based programs, practices and service models. You'll assist client organisations in a variety of ways, including consultation, provision of training, post-training support, facilitation of local implementation teams, field observations, and supporting the establishment and operation of continuous quality assurance mechanisms.

Additionally, you will contribute to project management, research and evaluation activities, and production of papers and publications, depending on the nature of the projects allocated.

The successful candidate will hold post-graduate qualifications in Psychology, along with significant experience in service delivery using empirically supported interventions. You'll have a philosophical commitment to the scientist-practitioner model, as well as the development and dissemination of evidence-based practice.
