Situated in the seaside town of Moonta on Yorke Peninsula's Copper Coast, Moonta Health and Aged Care Service Inc. (MHAACS) is a community owned private not-for-profit Aged Care Service located in the heart of the Copper Triangle at Moonta and has been serving the Moonta community since 1987.

About the Opportunity

Moonta Health and Aged Care Services Inc has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinical Nurse to join the team in an established aged care facility north of Adelaide.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing support for the Care Manager in all areas of care for the residents and delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of residents with complex nursing care needs, in a particular area of nursing practice.

As a direct supervisor, you will oversee 85 staff across our entire facility.

More specifically, your daily duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Ensure Care evaluations and assessments are current and updated for all residents prior to becoming overdue;
• Along with the Care Manager, monitor clinical care for residents;
• Provide support to RN’s when required;
• Coordinate with Nursing staff any admission assessments to be done;
• Clinical Care; and
• Rotating Clinical Call.
