Seeking an experienced Quality, Compliance, Safety, Risk and Systems (QCSRS) Manager for a highly respected and progressive NFP who provide a range of services and programs for vulnerable people.
With a clear strategic plan, they continue to expand and tailor their services, programs, awareness and reach to meet the growing needs of the community including all forms of gender and age groups exposed to domestic violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all policies and procedures of the agency are compliant with the best practice with a view to development for ISO-9001 Quality Management Certification within a designated timeframe
- Implementation of Quality Systems and Procedures
- Ensure all sites are safe and risks are monitored and actioned continuously
- Conduct monthly audits across service standards and site safety
- Development of Quality metrics and reporting to capture progress of quality improvement of service delivery in collaboration with the Client Services Manager
- Ensure governance of the organisation is managed to best practice – including board governance
- Monitor and report on risk matrix and treatments monthly
- Develop business metrics to improve business productivity and data collection to support IT and Communication (ITC) division planning and roll out
- Develop online suite of induction programs for workplace health and safety
- Conduct OHS audit utilising external providers and develop gap strategy
- Develop and implement safety campaigns across the workplace and sites
- Ensure appropriate training and feedback is provided from safety committee
- Develop and implement Outcomes Measurement for social impact across the organisation
Key Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Quality, Compliance, Safety and Risk, or related discipline
- Previous experience within an NFP, Social or Community Services is advantageous
- Competent across all aspects of Quality, Compliance, Risk and Safety
- Understanding of accreditation processes, particularly in ISO-9001
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
- Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) Standards and ACNC knowledge is beneficial
- Experience in developing reports, metrics, safety and improvement plans
- Understanding of systems approach to risk, auditing, compliance and continuous quality improvement.
