Who we are

Ecodynamics Landscaping is a large-scale commercial landscaper and a member of the Ecodynamics Group which also incorporates Mulch, Services and Nursery divisions throughout South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

The South Australian landscaping team has over 25 staff who deliver hard and soft landscape solutions for major construction, local government and private clients.

What is the role?

The job is based from our Penfield depot but will cover landscaping works throughout the Greater Adelaide area.

The role is leading one of our small teams of landscapers to undertake soft and hard commercial landscaping works as directed by our project managers. You will be responsible for managing your team’s safety, productivity and quality outcomes and mentor and develop it to the highest possible standards.

Soft Landscaping? This incorporates terrestrial and aquatic planting, turf, trees, shrubs and soil mediums. These are all elements that are fluid and changing as they mature.

Hard Landscaping? This can include construction of granitic paths, gabion walls, timber edging, paving etc. and the building of outdoor furniture and play equipment.

Some projects we have worked on include the Northern Expressway, Southern Expressway, Northern Connector, O-Bahn City Access and Tailem Bend Motorsport Park.

Who you are

• You are passionate about horticulture (with or without a qualification) – the passion is the most important thing!
• You have existing experience in leading a team and can demonstrate your leadership and communication skills
• You have experience working with landscaping equipment and your plant id is above average
• You are comfortable at being independent and making decisions supported by your excellent problem-solving skills
• You are physically fit and ready to work hard
• You thrive in a learning environment
