We are currently advertising for a part-time Coordinator to lead & supervise volunteer teams in the Hornsby area. This part-time position is for 22.5 hours, on Wednesday to Friday, plus Saturday morning fortnightly. Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications appropriate to a role in Horticulture.
• Gardening experience with knowledge of industry standards including WHS.
• Experience working with a diverse range of volunteers.
• Office skills and highly developed written and oral communication.
• A current Driver’s License and First Aid certificate.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working with the elderly
• Experience working without supervision
• A willingness to show understanding and empathy towards clients and volunteers of Easy Care Gardening
