An opportunity exists with the Maroondah Continuing Care Team for a passionate and enthusiastic Mental Health clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Qualified Mental Health Professional - OT/SW/Registered Nurse/Clinical Psychologist
• Mental Health Experience
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong commitment to high quality recovery based clinical case management
