Our opportunity
Reporting to Head of People, Culture & Capability, The Learning and Capability Partner will play a lead role in organisational capability development by designing and delivering innovative initiatives across EWON. This role will focus on fostering individual and leadership capability development, creating progression pathways, and leading diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the design, facilitation, and management of comprehensive learning programs.
- Create tools and templates supporting leadership and professional development.
- Coach and support teams to integrate learning into daily operations effectively.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and oversee compliance training schedule.
- Manage the Learning Management System (Articulate 360), design learning experiences and oversee content.
- Lead the annual talent mapping and succession planning cycle and support leaders to implement development plans
- Play a key role in supporting organisational development initiatives such as engagement and culture surveys, performance and development cycles and change management.
- Ensure EWON's capability framework is embedded into the employee lifecycle.
- Design and implement initiatives fostering an inclusive culture of respect and equity.
about you
To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a small to medium sized organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership development initiatives.
- Experience in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Adult Learning principles.
- Proficiency in LMS administration and data analysis.
- Instructional design experience is advantageous.
