Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

To be successful, you MUST have the following:

• Post graduate qualifications in palliative care
• Experience in managing a team/leadership role experience
• Recent experience in Community-based palliative care
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills
• Competency with common computer applications
• Current VIC Driver’s license
• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
• Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care

The following would be desirable:

• Masters qualification, or working towards, in Palliative Care, Nursing, Public Health or Education
