Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

To be successful, you MUST have the following:
- Post graduate qualifications in palliative care
- Experience in managing a team/leadership role experience
- Recent experience in Community-based palliative care
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Competency with common computer applications
- Current VIC Driver’s license
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care
The following would be desirable:
- Masters qualification, or working towards, in Palliative Care, Nursing, Public Health or Education
