EON Foundation

Have you ever wanted to work in an organisation where you feel like you’re creating a positive impact every single day?

About Us

EON Foundation (www.eon.org.au) is a not-for profit started in 2005 to provide practical support to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people in remote communities. Our successful EON Thriving Communities Program is an intensive grassroots health and disease prevention program that incorporates gardening, nutrition, training and education for at least 5 years in each community. EON is currently delivering the Program in 13 communities in the Northern Territory and 7 communities in Western Australia with further expansion likely.

It is a proven, community partnership-based program and we are constantly innovating and responding to community need. We have a waiting list of communities wanting to partner with us.

EON’s head office is in Perth in WA and we have an office in Katherine, NT. EON has a dynamic and committed Board led by Executive Chairperson, Caroline de Mori. We have a Northern Territory Operations Manager and a Western Australian Operations Manager who manage a team of Project Managers and local Community Assistants who work in the remote communities.

EON’s funding comes from government grants, corporate, philanthropic and private donors.
