Do you have a particular interest and skill in supporting early childhood educators to provide quality inclusive practices and environments for all children?
If so, then come and work with Early Childhood Australia, NT (ECANT).
ECANT operates the federal government-funded Inclusion Support Program (ISP) across the whole of the Northern Territory supporting ECEC services in urban, rural and remote communities to increase capacity and capability to include ALL children.
This full-time Inclusion Professional role is based in Darwin, includes overnight stays in very remote Aboriginal communities, working closely with services, families, communities, and other stakeholders. This role is on a fixed term contract until 30 June 2025 with possibility of extension subject to funding.
You’d need to love a road trip in the desert, be happy to board a boat to the Tiwi’s and catch a light aircraft into the Gulf. You’d need to be able to really listen and use your best ECEC skills, experience, and aspirations to contribute to inclusive, equitable, quality programs and services for some of Australia’s most geographically isolated children and families.

The annual starting salary is $81,827 plus superannuation and salary packaging is available.
ECA offers a generous relocation allowance for people moving from interstate.
