  • Ensuring services are of high quality and comply with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) Standards, the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act, as well as other legislative and compliance requirements.

Who you'll be working with

In addition to working directly with your team of Wellbeing Case Coordinators, you will work closely with the Operations Manager-Housing, partner agencies, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, family violence services, DFFH, and other EACH support services, to achieve positive housing and health outcomes for clients.

The H2H team works with very high levels of flexibility, trust, networking, and collaboration, and members of the team will have strengths in these areas to engage with clients in the community.
