About the role

Our Early Childhood Approach team is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Administration Officer to join our Southwest Sydney Team! Based out of our Camden and Campbelltown, NSW locations, we are looking for an Administration Officer to provide a warm welcome to our clients and admin support to our team, making a huge difference to our service. What you'll be doing

  • Be the welcoming face, both on-site and over the phone, for the Early Childhood Approach program, engaging with EACH clients, staff, and stakeholders, providing professional, friendly, and helpful assistance,
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from families with empathy and respect,
  • Invoicing, credit card reconciliation, data entry, and preparation of reports,
  • Support the Early Childhood Approach team with daily operations, inquiries, scheduling, data collection, and reporting,
  • Schedule travel arrangements (e.g. fleet, room, and playgroup bookings),
  • Record and distribute clear and accurate meeting minutes, and
  • Act as the Site Liasion, building relationships with relevant EACH departments (e.g. Purchasing, Maintenance, and IT), and ensuring our site complies with relevant policies regarding office safety,

About you

You're an experienced Administration Officer, qualified in business or office management, who enjoys variety in your day and working closely with service delivery professionals.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Proven experience working efficiently in a busy and complex environment,
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone,
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs,
  • Ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks effectively with great attention to detail,
  • Exceptional digital technology skills, including proficiency in excel and client record management systems,
  • Experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliations,
  • Ability to obtain the following checks before commencement:
    • National Police Check (completed within 60 days of commencement),
    • Working with Children Check, and
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Highly Desirable: Experience working within the Early Childhood, NDIS, or disability sector.

We partner with the NDIS to support families and children with developmental delays and disabilities to access early intervention that will help them develop the skills they need to participate in everyday activities and be included in family and community life.
