This is an exciting time to become a part of the Directions team, to work with great people and play a pivotal role in defining and shaping our services under the NDIS.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

• As one of four Client Liaison Officers, be the main point of contact for a cohort of clients and manage the relationship between the clients and the organisation.
• Retain clients through excellent customer service and the efficient allocation of services.
• Increase the number of clients by building effective connections with external stakeholders, maintaining regular communications and positive relationships.
• Work with Team leaders and Schedulers to assign appropriate support workers to our valued clients.
• Maximise the involvement of clients and their families in designing and developing their own services, in line with the client’s NDIS plan.
• Work closely with relevant funding bodies in the planning for new and existing clients.
