A little about the role

We are looking for a dynamic clinician to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team to improve client outcomes and develop our services for an expanding caseload.  he successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, client-centred podiatry services to a culturally diverse range of clients with chronic and complex conditions.  This position will be located initially in Hume, however maybe expanded to other DPV sites based on demand.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Podiatry assessments and interventions based on excellent clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously, while interacting fully with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • A strong commitment to professional development, and engagement with your peers.
  • Supervision of junior staff, Allied health assistants and students.

About you

You will have at least one year’s experience working in a community setting. You will also come with:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist
  • Demonstrated excellent clinical reasoning skills
  • Awareness of and ability to work in the NDIS, My Aged Care and other funding environments
  • Energy and enthusiasm to make a difference in your clients’ lives
  • The desire to contribute to the growth and development of your team within a dynamic and changing environment
