A little about the role
You will be part of a small but dedicated team to making an impact on the brand representation of DPV Health and the integration of our healthcare services throughout the community. You will be responsible for creating and managing the digital marketing strategy for DPV Health while supporting internal stakeholders to meet their directorates business needs, as well as creating value added experiences for clients to our services.
You will be focused on
- Building a 3–5-year strategy with clear milestones and initiatives identified
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners to optimise performance
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and
- Providing marketing support and expertise to internal stakeholders
Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
- Developing and delivering high quality marketing services for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Designing, building, and increasing our social media presence
- Building marketing campaigns to increase client acquisition and client affinity
- Creation and implementation of client communications
- Supporting the DPV Health brand positioning and communication objectives
- Support quality improvement processes such as:
- Enhancing the value and performance of the website
- Providing in-house graphic design solutions for internal stakeholders
- Exploring new technologies to enhance the DPV health brand and improve the clients experience, including client portals and apps
- Creating and coordinating online community health forums and public relation events
- Customer Relationship Management programs and client communications
- Client feedback and experience programs
About you
You will be a degree qualified marketing professional with loads of energy and passion for making a difference. You will think strategically, while acting tactically. You can multitask, be hands on and have a flair for creative design.
Ideally you will have healthcare related experience, and/or have worked in marketing roles that service local communities. You will have a proven track record of creating targeted communications and campaigns with a commitment to exemplary client experience.
You will also come with:
- Demonstrated experience in creating, executing, tracking and reporting on marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Competent photoshop design skill
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in event coordination and PR
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritise workload
