About the Opportunity
C&K are creating dynamic learning experience opportunities for our diverse workforce to meet the ever changing needs of organisations and early childhood. There is opportunity to:
- Partner with organisational leaders to analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate and continuously improve professional learning activities to enhance capability of all C&K employees in delivering on the C&K mission.
- Consult with C&K business units to plan and execute the delivery of strategic learning experiences across multiple forums including, but not limited to the Senior Leadership Team events, C&K Conferences and events to enhance organisational performance for C&K employees, Affiliate services and external clients.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of adult learning and development activities and organisational capability frameworks aligned to C&K’s strategic intent supporting a positive organisational culture.
- Advocate and curate contemporary professional learning content delivered to all C&K employees.
Joining our Family
You will need to hold:
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is required.
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Qualifications in Adult Learning and/or Information Technology also considered.
- Experience with Authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline and RISE and further experience in online instructional design and UX development including supporting relevant tools, highly advantageous.
- Strong Literacy and Digital Literacy skills
