About the Opportunity

C&K are creating dynamic learning experience opportunities for our diverse workforce to meet the ever changing needs of organisations and early childhood. There is opportunity to:

• Partner with organisational leaders to analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate and continuously improve professional learning activities to enhance capability of all C&K employees in delivering on the C&K mission.
• Consult with C&K business units to plan and execute the delivery of strategic learning experiences across multiple forums including, but not limited to the Senior Leadership Team events, C&K Conferences and events to enhance organisational performance for C&K employees, Affiliate services and external clients. 
• Facilitate the development and implementation of adult learning and development activities and organisational capability frameworks aligned to C&K’s strategic intent supporting a positive organisational culture. 
• Advocate and curate contemporary professional learning content delivered to all C&K employees. 

Joining our Family

You will need to hold:

• Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is required.
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card 
• Qualifications in Adult Learning and/or Information Technology also considered.
• Experience with Authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline and RISE and further experience in online instructional design and UX development including supporting relevant tools, highly advantageous.
• Strong Literacy and Digital Literacy skills
