The Human Resource and Compliance Manager is a brand new role joining the recently established and growing South East Asia and Pacific team . This role offers a unique opportunity to work in critical areas of compliance, HR and expanding into new areas of the Asia Pacific region and around the world. Work in a dynamic, fast paced and adaptable team across Australia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and beyond.

The new Human Resource & Compliance Manager role provides operational oversight and guidance to department staff, as well as overseeing human resources, office facilities, strategy, keeping people safe, risk management and compliance work as directed by the Operations Director. The role is responsible for refining and maintaining SEAP Department processes and systems required for all Human Resource and Compliance functions.
The position is based in Melbourne and may undertake occasional travel to our global operations team in London and, SEAP offices in the Philippines and Fiji.
As this is a wide-ranging role, the post holder is not expected to be an expert on all the relevant areas. Expertise in one area, with a willingness to develop knowledge in skills in the other areas is very welcome.
