As a Home Support Assessor, you will ensure the effective delivery of Support Plan Reviews as part of the Regional Assessment Service of My Aged Care.
You will liaise with clients over the phone and be able to manage complex calls. Where appropriate, you will make recommendations for re-assessment and have the skills to manage and resolve complaints.
Your understanding of wellness and reablement principles will equip you to respond to queries as they relate to Regional Assessment Services.
Central to your approach is maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.
