About the Role
We are seeking suitably qualified candidates for a part time role, based at our Ashgrove office. Work school friendly hours.
In this role you will provide strong support to the Home Care Package Coordinators, to assist them with providing the supports that enable customers to stay healthy and independent whilst remaining in their home.
Duties
- Triage customer queries and escalations
- Maintain contracts and billing
- Complete documentation
- Undertake procurement activities
- Act as a regular and consistent contact point for customers
- Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Experience using PROCURA highly desirable
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Demonstrated experience in an administration or support role
- Strong documentation skills with intermediate/advanced computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience that demonstrates strong collaboration with team members
- Certificate IV in Community Services/Aged Care/Service Coordination or relevant Health Professional Qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
- Community aged care experience is highly desirable
- A satisfactory National Criminal History Record
