This is an exciting opportunity, and we are looking for a passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver training and assessing to Equity (Youth at Risk) students (aged between 15-24) under the Jobs and Skills program. The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and be trusted to prepare, deliver, and assess all aspects of the qualification delivered through out each 10-week program. The program will also include the integration of excursions and incursions to compliment and create pathways for students.
Building relationships with referring agencies to achieve maximum enrolments along with engagement and completion of the students is a key aspect of this role and ensuring the program is successful. Delivering a quality product which achieves exceptional training outcomes for students and key stakeholders is important in creating futures for our students.
The position is based in Rockingham or Midland with some travel required when required to visit our RTO office in Cannington. The role is full-time, fixed term contract.
