We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join Civic Disability Services as an Operations Manager, this role will work across the community portfolio of group and individual services.

Reporting to the Senior Operation Manager, the Operations Manager will have accountability across many group and individual services located within the Inner West, South-East Sydney, South-West Sydney and Sutherland Shire.
The Operations manager will be responsible to lead a team of Practice Leaders, support the overall operations and ensure best practice all areas, including:
The Operations Manager role will be required to participate in the After-Hours Support Service on a rotating basis.
You’re about empowering and developing your team so that they’re ready and able to provide the right support at the right moment. You have experience managing a portfolio in the community sector (disability, aged care or homelessness) and use your strong networks to drive growth and services.
You know the things that work well today, may not necessarily be the things that work tomorrow and as such, you are forward thinking, innovative and adaptable. You are always looking at new opportunities to grow your business, your team and your clients.
To succeed in the position of Operations Manager you will need to have strong relationship building and communication skills, thrive working in a fast-paced environment, embrace change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, have a willingness to be adaptive and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
You will also need to have the capacity to determine priorities and hold your team accountable to meet deadlines whilst remaining in tune with the pressures the team are experiencing due to the day-to-day routines and requirements of their role.
