• Salary: AUD $151,419.00 - $172,987.00 per annum plus Superannuation

To assist in driving our strategic and operational goals, we are looking for an experienced people manager to lead the business improvement, sustainability performance and systems of the City Greening & Leisure team.

The position will lead a small team of motivated staff to support teams across the business unit in improving asset management, contract management, business improvement and sustainability across the City's parks, greening and leisure facility portfolio to ensure these assets are managed to best practice standards

The position is vital in ensuring effective data analysis and development of business improvements to work systems, specifications and procedures to deliver optimum performance from service providers and in-house teams. You will provide effective leadership to ensure procurement, contracts, operations and assets are managed efficiently, meet strategic and sustainability objectives, governance requirements and customer expectations.

You will have tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in business improvement, sustainability, contract or asset management, engineering or a related discipline, with related competencies and experience in business improvement and sustainability.
