The Grenville Hub is a vibrant community centre for older people that offers a range of programs and day to day activities, from arts and crafts through to dancing and fitness! The environment is vibrant and entertaining, and more importantly, one where our visitors find connection and engagement. Each day is also filled with smiles and lots of laughter!
We are seeking a passionate and community-focused individual who will support Grenville Hub objectives that promote Living Life to the fullest for older people by engaging with potential and current members to offer activities and programs that focus on community engagement, reablement and wellbeing goals.
* This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis and is subject to funding by the Federal Government’s Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). At the time of this vacancy, the current funding agreement expires 30 June 2022, and further extensions imminent, however, are subject to funding approval(s).
