  • Full or part time position, fixed term contract until 23 Dec 2022   
  • Band 6 starting hourly rate $41.39 plus statutory superannuation 

The role 

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has well-developed stakeholder, project management, data analysis and report writing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of best-practice infrastructure planning and legislative requirements for early years infrastructure is desirable.  

This position has been funded by the Department of Education and will undertake planning and analysis for early years infrastructure projects.  

The Early Years Project Officer role is to;  

  • Analyse data and plan for future kindergarten infrastructure requirements.   
  • Develop business cases to support grant applications for early years infrastructure.  
  • Organise relevant pre-construction works to ensure projects are ready to apply for funding opportunities. 

About you 

As the Early Years Project Officer you will have excellent project management and report writing skills, experience with data collection and analysis and possess a strong understanding of the early years sector.
