Circle Green Community Legal is a community legal centre in WA providing state-wide specialist legal services in employment, workplace discrimination, residential tenancy law, family and domestic violence, and humanitarian services aimed at assisting people who are otherwise disadvantaged in their access to legal services.

Circle Green delivers legal advice, further assistance, casework, representation, duty lawyer services, outreach, community legal education, and advocacy to provide access to justice to the WA community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Client Services Coordinator ensures the provision of effective, efficient, and high-quality client services through the coordination of client intake, triage, support, reporting and evaluation. You will be responsible for fostering a client centred focus in the delivery of client services, ensuring clients inform the design and delivery of end-to-end services. You will work closely with in-house service providers, including lawyers and caseworkers to coordinate the provision of holistic services dependant on the client needs and will be guided by trauma informed and culturally safe practices.

The Client Services Coordinator will be based in the Workplace stream and form part of the Workplace Leadership Team comprising of the Principal Lawyer and Senior Lawyers.

The Workplace stream provides legal assistance services to vulnerable and disadvantaged non-unionised WA workers on all aspects of employment and workplace discrimination law, including dismissal, wage theft, bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual, passionate about social justice and human rights.

  • Extensive experience in the delivery of client or community services.
  • Demonstrated involvement with development and implementation of policies, procedures and planning for client centred services and programs.
  • Experience generating, interpreting, and analysing data, statistics, and reports.
  • Experience in supervising and coordinating a team of staff and volunteers.
  • A demonstrated commitment to human rights and social justice issues.
