Who we’re looking for

We're looking for someone comfortable wearing multiple hats, as each day can pose different problems that require creative problem-solving; for someone driven, pragmatic, thorough and can hold themselves accountable.

You're a product-minded engineer who loves collaborating across teams, is eager to help define the Chargefox future (product and technology) and can coach future engineers.

You'll have experience with Ruby, including Rails and AWS, and have helped architect and build internet-scale systems. Ideally, you'll also have some experience with React and React Native mobile applications. As a bonus, you may have experience in other languages and frameworks like Go, Node.js, Lambda and IaC (Infrastructure-as-code).

Our office is in Melbourne, and we have a flexible employment arrangement. You will be able to work remotely, either locally or inter-state.
