We are currently seeking a Client Support Coordinator to work with tenants who face challenges that are impacting on their tenancy and improve their overall wellbeing.

Your Role:

• Coordinate a holistic response of supports to improve their tenancies and wellbeing.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate supports that increases tenant capacity and wellbeing.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to build a sense of community and connection for Centacare Evolve Housing tenants and community residents.
• Contribute to the ongoing creation and evolution of policies, procedures and tools needed to support this role.

What you bring to the role:

• A tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent or experience working with clients/tenants with high and complex needs in the housing/homelessness sector.
• Passion, enthusiasm, adaptability, proactive attitude and ability to bring people together to achieve long-term stability of housing for clients.
• A solution focused approach and willingness to embrace the opportunity to contribute to an evolving work environment.
• Current unrestricted Drivers Licence
