ROLE
Exciting opportunity for experienced Marketing Coordinator, responsible for supporting the development, design and delivery of educational marketing campaigns including digital and social media campaigns for Life Ed’s national office.
This role will be critical to creating awareness about Life Ed’s educational program and all the modules it delivers to pre, primary and secondary school aged children.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing all Education Marketing Campaigns
- Supporting the Marketing Education Manager in developing campaign creative
- Developing education marketing campaign social media strategies, content and assets
- Supporting education campaigns with EDM campaigns
- Working with like-minded organisations (education & parenting); ambassadors and influencers to help amplify education campaigns
- Responsible for website updates including the development of any accompanying resources
- Developing any flyers or other support materials required by the state Affiliates to market our program
Manage Life Ed National office’s social media calendar
- Brand & campaign content creation & planning including basic graphic design
- Scheduling and reporting
- Creating stories, fostering engagement and community management
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager ensuring integrated digital customer journey for campaigns
- Creation and management of online events for teachers and parents
Stakeholder Communications & Asset Delivery
- Developing a suite of marketing assets that help state Affiliates promote our programs to schools
- Manage Life Ed National office’s social media calendar
- Brand & campaign content creation & planning including basic graphic design
- Scheduling and reporting
- Creating stories, fostering engagement with user generated content and community management
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure an integrated digital customer journey for all campaigns
Digital Asset Management systems coordinator
- Create and collect new assets as needed and ensure the entire organisation follows the processes required to maintain in order to improve operational efficiencies
- Ensure all marketing assets (videos, photos and graphics) are housed in the Life Ed DAM
- DAM system is Cloudinary so experience with this software or something similar will be highly regarded
YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- A few years’ experience in a similar role with responsibility for social media campaigns
- Tertiary or certificate qualifications highly desirable
- Proven written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience in using marketing software including Campaign Monitor, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, CANVA and Microsoft Office product suite
- Self-starter and willingness to learn all aspects of marketing essential
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
