Working hand-in-hand with their account teams, you’ll develop and optimise digital marketing and fundraising strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, google, display and more.
Using your knowledge of the best tools, strategies and platforms needed to deliver high-performing campaigns, you’ll also have a knack for data analysis, and communicating results for internal and external stakeholders.
Your ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines will be important, as you implement digital fundraising strategic plans across multiple channels to meet campaign targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver and optimise digital marketing and fundraising campaigns to attract and maximise the value from client’s donors and supporters
- Oversee the implementation, optimisation and enhancement of digital fundraising campaigns
- Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, providing regular updates & full post campaign reporting
- Work closely with relevant Directors, Account Managers, Digital Producers and the Creative Team to develop and execute digital marketing and fundraising plans to ensure campaign success based on KPIs
- Budget planning, forecast and pacing to ensure optimal and predictable spend across client digital fundraising and marketing campaigns
- Regularly communicate with and provide reports to clients at a senior level
- Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients and internally
- Document results for all campaigns in their Research Library, for shared learnings within the team and across the fundraising sector
- Develop and review systems and processes and seek approval from Directors
- Participate in meetings, workshops and strategic sessions when required
Key Skills Required
- Significant experience and a recognised expert in digital marketing, ideally digital fundraising within a non-profit organisation or agency
- Experience in developing, implementing and optimising successful digital fundraising plans
- Experience executing digital donor or event participant acquisition and retention campaigns with excellent results
- A strong understanding of Facebook Ad Manager, email marketing, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Proven project management skills delivering complex projects on time and on budget
- A strong knowledge of all the financial aspects of digital fundraising/marketing including analysis of costs/income, ROI, conversion and attrition data and all other relevant KPIs.
- Excellent analytic skills and a demonstrated ability in using data to drive results.
- An ability to describe complex or technical issues using terms a non-specialist can clearly understand.
- An understanding of how to communicate across different digital channels, including strong understanding of all social media platforms
- A friendly disposition and sense of humour would be an advantage – they are a tight team and work closely.
