Care Mode is a NDIS disability services provider located in St Kilda, Melbourne. We support people with disabilities to achieve their goals in their homes, and within the community. Our approach is person-centered, and we are a "lifestyle-focused" care organization. We service all metropolitan Melbourne and have support workers located across all suburbs who comes from a variety of different qualifications, backgrounds and cover around 23 languages.

Location - All over Melbourne or Victoria.

Your success in this role, will be your ability to

• Provide excellent care and support to our clients living with disabilities
• pro-active nature and must deliver programs designed to help clients achieve their goals
• Be reliable, organised, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently without supervision, in a client-centred approach

Your contribution

• Certificate III in Disability or similar qualification
• Minimum of 6 months industry relevant experience
• Experience with Hoist/Manual handling
• International Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Relevant visa or working rights in Australia
• Experience with behaviour of concern and mental health (Preferred not mandatory)
• Current and valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
• Competent written and verbal communication.
