We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Fundraising team.

To be successful you will have:

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in analytics and developing insights.
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through analytics and process improvements.
• Advanced ability to organise, manage, manipulate and interpret large data sets with experience in data mining, modelling and donor/customer segmentation, preferably within a fundraising environment.
• Experience developing and delivering performance reporting and dashboarding tools with strong proficiency using spreadsheet, database, query and data visualisation tools (Excel, PowerBI).
• Strong fundraising CRM administration skills (Blackbaud Raiser Edge 7 preferable) and experience improving CRM functionality.

Critical to this role is your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders with varying roles and skills to optimise fundraising activities.

Importantly you will have strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills with high levels of attention to detail. Being able to translate complex analytics into clear actionable recommendations for various stakeholders is a must!

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Direct Marketing, this role will work closely with Fundraising managers to refine CareFlight’s strategic objectives, integrate campaigns and align our measurement and reporting.

Key objectives include:

• Deliver donor insights, fundraising analysis and reporting to help improve decision making and the performance of campaigns to grow donor income and loyalty.
• Drive continuous improvement in fundraising data management practices, reporting and insights solutions.
• Lead operational performance assessment of fundraising CRM (Blackbaud Raiser Edge) to optimise system and process performance.
