We currently have an Employment Services Consultant position available in our Wollongong office.

About the job:

As an Employment Services Consultant, you will be connecting our customers and employers within the local job market. We are currently expanding our team and coming into a time of growth. We want employers around town to hear about who we are and what we do, so we can help more locals into employment. This is a contract position, to June 2022, with a view to extend to permanent, full-time hours where no two days are going to the same!

What does an Employment Services Consultant do?

  • Be a role model for Campbell Page by upholding the organisations values
  • Engage with Campbell Page customers to support their development
  • Provide support to mentor and guide customers towards vocational success
  • Build and foster relationships with internal and external customers and employers
  • Negotiate employment opportunities on behalf of customers
  • Be customer service, administration focused and not afraid of challenges or to think outside the box
