CAM CAN is a family led organisation providing individualised and tailored community-based support to people with disabilities and their families.

Cam Can is seeking a right Support Worker to support a friendly 15 year old girl requiring assistance to continue to live with her family in Duncraig WA. In addition, to engage in and make a meaningful contribution in her local community.

  • Has energy and enthusiasm, with a flexible, positive and reliable approach
  • Is a team player and has experience working in complex situations
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills for networking
  • Has good organisational and written skills.
  • Previous experience supporting people with the following is preferred but not essential: Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Attention Deficit Disorder, trauma based and challenging behaviours.

There is flexibility as hours of work include day time, evenings and overnight during weekdays and weekends

You will also have:

  • Full Class C Drivers licence
  • Road worthy vehicle
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • A good level of physical health
