A rare opportunity has arisen to join our passionate and growing team as a Service Coordinator in the greater Bunbury area. The role will involve managing and supporting a team of Support Workers to assist people with disabilities to build friendships and connect with the broader community. This is a great opportunity for aspiring or experienced people managers to be part of a growing organisation with an excellent reputation in WA.

A successful applicant will be self-motivated and dynamic in nature and will have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills. They will enjoy being a valued member of a team and have the ability to utilise their initiative and problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the NDIS and working within a values based organisation to meet individual outcomes is highly desirable.

Service Coordinators have considerable autonomy and are responsible for effective service delivery and quality outcomes for our members.
