The Roster Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing employee timecards, scheduling and rostering of nursing and support employees to ensure there is an adequate level of care and support provided to our residents.
The Roster Coordinator will report to the General Manager and provide roster support ensure services meet regulatory and legislative requirements, assist in forecasting employee levels and making adjustments based on needs of residents.
The role will also assist with general administrative tasks including documentation, reporting and customer service.

We are currently looking for an experienced Roster Coordinator to join to our team on a permanent part-time basis. Ideally looking for someone to work across 5 days a week, however we are negotiable and offer flexible working arrangements.
