Learning Design Project Manager

The Learning Design Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of the CVA online and on ground engagement journey to build a community of Nature Stewards. Working within the Engagement Team, this role will work closely with CVA staff to ensure learning opportunities and activations allow our community of volunteers to act for nature with CVA in the field, and in their own time, supported by effective learning content.

As Learning Design Project Manager, you will have experience designing and overseeing the delivery of learning modules in eco-literacy and public engagement, be outcomes-focused with the ability to organise and prioritise your work to meet deadlines and have a strong understanding of community engagement and activation mechanisms.

  • Job Type: Full Time, 2 Year Maximum Term Contract
  • Location: Within Australia – Flexible work-from-home basis with a preference for Australian capital city locations
  • Department/ Team: Engagement
  • Hours Per Week: 38
  • Annual Salary: $83,000

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualifications in learning design, community engagement and activation, or related field
  • Experience in creating exceptional community focused learning journeys with integrated online and on ground components
  • Experience in project management across multiple locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and project management tools such as Asana
  • Driver's licence
  • National Police Check
