As a Disability Support Worker at CPA, you will have a comprehensive learning journey throughout your orientation and ongoing development.

This includes:

  • Specialist training opportunities
  • Buddy shifts with experienced Disability Support Workers
  • Opportunities to complete nationally recognised qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability

The investment in your learning and development by CPA exceeds $5,000 in your first year.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
  • Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Socialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clients
  • Using CPA minivan to transport clients if applicable

Requirements

  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 3 days per week availability across a variety of shifts
