About the role
The Digital Innovation Manager is responsible for identifying and leveraging fit for purpose digital marketing technologies and strategies that support positive experiences for donors and fundraisers. Working cross-functionally across the Fundraising portfolio, the role supports the alignment of digital storytelling, technology, data and processes, and grows CPA's digital capability to engage and retain existing supporters, reach, connect and convert new supporters, and achieve fundraising revenue targets.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Support the Head of Digital in the development and implementation of all levels of digital enablement requirements to support Individual Giving, Campaigns (including STEPtember), Partnerships, Events and Community Fundraising and achieve the goals of the broad long-term Fundraising Strategy
- Exceptional people skills aligned with strong account management experience is desirable, to help drive productive process across the entire portfolio. Agency/agency-style background desirable.
- Working with fundraising resources, UX Team and campaign owners to determine growth opportunities, and enhance current and future digital initiatives, with the purpose to recruit and retain new supporters, maximise fundraising revenue and cross-pollinate.
- Working with digital team and technical resources to configure and support optimised system integration across contact database/s and associated systems, to support quality data structure, integrity, donor-centricity, revenue growth, and alignment with industry and business best practice.
- Researching and analysing digital fundraising market trends, innovation tactics and best practices to build overarching strategy that recruits, retains, engages, and cross-pollinated to and maximises CPA fundraising revenue
- Managing third party technical suppliers to assist in the design, development and execution of platform and digital requirements
- Applying project management processes including ROI consideration on time/effort, planning, execution, documentation and detailed reporting of digital projects to achieve the revenue goals of CPA fundraising programs and projects
About you:
- Commitment to the rights of people with disability
- 7+ years' experience in digital fundraising implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
