We are a vibrant Neighbourhood House and Learning Centre, working with people of diverse backgrounds who live in Carlton and surrounding areas.

The Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre Inc. (CNLC) has been operating in the Carlton North and surrounding areas since 1973. CNLC reflects the needs and interests of the local community by offering nationally recognised training, preaccredited training, creativity and well being programs, community advocacy and referral and a wide range of community development activities. Programs are delivered at the centre and other local community spaces.

We are seeking an EAL teacher for 2 days per week to teach Certificate 3 in EAL (Access) between 930 and 3 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Students are enrolled under SEE/AMEP Skills First funding. This runs 3 days per week Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays. Planning and assessments are shared with the Monday teacher Classification & pay rate (NHACE) Collective agreement 2016.

Teacher 2 Schedule 3 Part D (NHACE Collective Agreement 2016) between $44.00& $48.63 depending on increment.
